HYT Builders was founded several years ago after realizing there was a gap in the market for building management services. There were several key aspects missing, including a lack of structure and poor communication, as well as poor timekeeping. Building work no longer had to be about overpromising and underdelivering and we decided something had to change.

In an effort to break down the stigma attached to builders, our goal was to create a system of honest communication within the workplace - one that is transparent from beginning to end and involves the customer throughout the entire process.
